TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purpose of these terms and conditions the 'Company' refers to 'Taunton trailer towing tuition and the 'Client' refers to the person undertaking the training.

BOOKINGS

A booking can only be considered confirmed if the following have been provided.
The full name and contact details of the client
A course deposit of £50.00 per course/day within 48hrs of booking.
Full payment to be made 5 days prior to the course date.
Tuition is available to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Are at least 17 years old
Hold a valid UK driver's license
Are legally allowed to drive in the UK.
Regarding cancellations:
If the client wishes to cancel, they must provide 5 days' notice so that the booking can be moved to a different date.
If the company cancels, the client will receive a full refund.
